What should I do if I find that my booked car is damaged or very dirty inside at the tim location?

Please call the tim service centre on 0732/3400-7733. The tim hotline is available 24/7 and we will make note of the defect. Make sure you report this before you start your trip.

If necessary and when available, we will book another tim car for you.
