What happens if I go over my booked carsharing or rental time period?

Please extend your tim car’s rental period immediately using the online booking system at the standard hourly rate. If the next time slot for your vehicle has already been booked by another customer, please report your delay immediately to the tim service centre by calling the hotline on 0732/3400-7733. The tim hotline is available 24/7.

In any case, always book your car longer than you need it. Always factor in possible traffic jams or possible delays. If you bring the car back earlier, you can easily end the trip on the booking platform. You will then only be charged for the hours that you actually used.

PLEASE NOTE: If the vehicle is returned late, fees are charged according to the price list.
