I forgot something in the car, but my booking has already ended. What should I do?

If you are still near the vehicle, you can contact us and in most cases we can briefly open the vehicle for you remotely. If more time has passed, the item will probably have been returned to our service centre already and can be picked up. In any case, always contact us regarding items forgotten in the car so we can inform any subsequent users.
