Charging and Refueling of Our tim vehicles

After returning your tim e-vehicle to its designated location, it should be plugged in for charging.
To do this, plug the charging cable into the tim e-vehicle first, then into the charging station.
The charging station will activate automatically, and the tim e-vehicle will be charged for the next user.
Since the confirmation process differs from station to station, please check if the vehicle is indeed charging by listening
for the sound the charging station makes when activated, looking for the green light next to the charging plug, and seeing if the charging cable can be removed.

In the glove compartment, there is a LINZ AG Ladeatlas that allows you to charge the tim e-vehicles for free at public charging stations during your booking.
You can find all the stations you can use under: www.linzag.at/Ladeatlas

The nearest charging stations that you can use during your tim e-vehicle booking can be found using the LINZ AG charging card at: www.linzag.at/Ladeatlas

The charging duration depends on several factors, including the vehicle type, battery level, and the charging station.
The VW e-UP!, VW ID.3, and Cupra Born from tim are equipped with a Type 2 connector (standard in Europe) and will charge from 0 to 100% in about 5-6 hours at 11 kW.

After unlocking the tim e-vehicle, you have approximately 30 seconds to remove the charging cable first from the vehicle and then from the charging station.
If the cable doesn’t come out, it means the 30 seconds have passed.
In that case, please lock and unlock the tim e-vehicle again, and the 30-second window will restart.
This is a safety feature to prevent unauthorized removal of the charging cable.

If the battery runs out, please contact us immediately at our hotline: 0732/3400 7733.
We are available 24/7 and can assist you, for example, by arranging another tim vehicle.
