Particularly in the context of the construction of new residential complexes, city districts and the extension of buildings in urban regions, the central question arises as to how mobility in these areas can be made sustainable and how parking space can be optimally used.

Car sharing offers an extremely promising solution as it enables cost-efficient, environmentally friendly mobility, saves space, promotes social networking and offers a variety of vehicle options. However, what adjustments must and can be made in order to anchor car sharing in residential construction in the long term?
