As of October 1, 2025, we are updating our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and pricing.
One thing remains unchanged: the familiar hourly rates for your tim trips will stay the same.

Why are we making these changes?
To address increased operating and maintenance costs, as well as new legal requirements – such as the motor-related insurance tax for electric vehicles in Austria – we are adjusting our terms and conditions and pricing.

What’s important to us: tim remains a fair, transparent, and flexible mobility service. These adjustments ensure that modern vehicles and reliable service will continue to be available to you in the future.

What does this mean for you?

• Usage rates remain unchanged
• Basic fee: € 9 per month starting October 1 (previously € 7)
• Adjustment of the additional fee for extra kilometers as well as the kilometers included
• Proven flexibility when using tim vehicles
• No Cancellation Fees

Right to object or cancel
If you do not agree with these changes, you may terminate your contract early until October 1, 2025.
