On 7th November, 2019, the municipality of Hart bei Graz will open the first tim location in Central Styria!

tim’s mobility hotspots conveniently combine different transport options in one location. To meet the individual mobility needs of the population in the best possible way, existing public transport stops will be supplemented with e-carsharing vehicles, stations for microtransit, parking spaces for bikes, and charging stations for your own electric car. To get from A to B, you can switch quickly and easily at each point, for example, from your own bike to one of the e-carsharing vehicles.

tim Hart bei Graz is located at the Pachern Park&Ride car park

On 7th November, 2019, the municipality of Hart bei Graz will launch the first tim location in the Graz area. The new mobility hotspot in Hart bei Graz not only has covered parking spaces for bikes and lockers but a service station for bikes too. And what’s more, the Pachern bei Graz-Schule public transport stop near the Park&Ride car park was selected as the location.

“We are very grateful to be able to offer our local citizens the opportunity to be flexibly mobile, even without their own car. In view of the expected influx of new residents over the next few years, the node is an important step towards alternative mobility expansion, which was made possible thanks to the EU project Peripheral Access”, said Mayor Jakob Frey.

Together for the region

For this expansion, Holding Graz’s existing tim network has been further developed in cooperation with the regional management of Central Styria. To book your e-carsharing vehicle, you just need to register once at your respective municipality. The advantage for registered users: not only can you use the nearest node, you also have unrestricted access to all of tim’s locations in Central Styria. The shared vehicles can be easily unlocked and used starting from €4 per hour with your tim customer card.
