Cargo bike vehicle - Bakfiets CargoTrike Cruiser Narrow Steps

As a tim member, log in via the booking platform and reserve the cargo bike for the desired period.
Once your booking time has started, you can unlock the lock on the rear wheel of the cargo bike. Use either your tim card (not available for the Judendorf cargo bike) or the tim app.
- tim card (not in Judendorf): Swipe your tim card back and forth over the NFC symbol until the lock opens.
- tim app: To unlock via the app, open it and click on the lock icon for the current booking vehicle. In Judendorf, make sure Bluetooth is activated. For other cargo bikes, after clicking the lock icon, scan the QR code on the back of the transport box.
Before you start your ride, disconnect the charging cable (not in Judendorf), close the protective cover on the battery, and hang the cable at the station in such a way that it does not touch the ground.

To activate e-assist for the ride, press the switch-on button on the left rear of the battery. As soon as the assistance is activated, the screen lights up.

Operation on the handlebars:
- The buttons for operating the e-assist are located on the left-hand side of the handlebars.
- Use the arrow buttons to adjust the assistance level.
- The electronic gearstick is located on the right-hand side – you can switch between manual and automatic gearstick using the □-button on the right-hand side
- Use the arrow buttons to switch between gears

You may transport a maximum of 100 kg in the box at one time, and passengers must wear seat belts. Additionally, children under 12 years old must wear a helmet while riding.
Make sure to drive slowly in curves to avoid tipping over.

Have you completed everything? Then return the cargo bike to its designated parking spot at the tim location.
To lock the bike:
- Judendorf: Open the active booking in the tim app. Then, as you did when unlocking, press the lock symbol. This will enable the lock mechanism, allowing you to close the lever.
- Gratkorn: Press the button on the lever of the cargo bike lock to release the safety mechanism, then close the frame lock.
Then press the power-off button located in the center of the handlebars and reconnect the charging cable to the rear-right side of the battery.
Finally, activate the parking brake by pulling the right brake lever and pressing the silver button or engaging the snap mechanism.
