- tim customers can sign up in the tim Graz app or on the tim booking platform and book a cargo bike (for up to three hours).
- For now, you will also need the tim Graz cargo bike (“tim Graz Lastenrad”) app. You can find the app on the Playstore or App Store on your phone.
Simply access the app with the same user information that you use for the tim Graz app.
- Select your current tim cargo bike booking in the app.
- At tim’s Schillerplatz mobility node, you can now unlock your booked cargo bike with the tim Graz cargo bike (“tim Graz Lastenrad”) app via Bluetooth. Please note that you have to swipe, not press, the Open (“Öffnen”) button in the app.
- While you’re using a tim cargo bike, you can lock it as often as you need during the booked period with the tim Graz cargo bike (“tim Graz Lastenrad”) app. Please also use the bike lock.
- When you no longer need the tim cargo bike, return it to tim’s Schillerplatz mobility node and ensure you lock it with the tim Graz cargo bike (“tim Graz Lastenrad”) app.
