Failure to provide your\u00a0personal data could mean that it is not possible to conclude the contract or\u00a0to fulfil the terms of the contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg text-tim-gray-800\">The legal basis for the processing of your master data,\u00a0identification data, payment data and vehicle usage data is therefore the\u00a0performance of or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), the legitimate\u00a0interest in improving our services, in protecting the vehicles from\u00a0damage or unauthorised or improper use, and in the\u00a0asserting, exercising or defending legal claims (Article 6(1)\u00a0(f) of the GDPR), and, in the event of contact with customer service or\u00a0contact with users for marketing purposes, your consent within\u00a0the framework of the General Terms and Conditions (Article 6(1)(a)). Where we are\u00a0subject to a legal obligation which requires the processing of\u00a0personal data, such as to fulfil\u00a0tax obligations or obligations to provide information to public authorities, the\u00a0processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"mb-4 text-2xl font-bold text-tim-gray-800\">4. To whom do we disclose your data?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg text-tim-gray-800\"><b>a. Lab GmbH, for the analysis and evaluation of user behaviour for research purposes, and for the evaluation and strategic development of the service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg text-tim-gray-800\"><b>b. Transfer\u00a0of data abroad<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg text-tim-gray-800\">There are no plans to transfer your personal data to\u00a0a third country or an international organisation.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"mb-4 text-2xl font-bold text-tim-gray-800\">5.
