What do I do if I lose my tim card?

Please report the loss immediately to the tim service centre by calling the hotline on 0732/3400-7733.

 PLEASE NOTE: we will issue you a new card, which you can then collect in person at the tim service centre during opening hours (Mon-Thu 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Fri 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.). You will be charged a fee for your new card in accordance with the price list. If you provide us with a notice of loss issued by the municipal authorities, we will issue you a new tim card free of charge. However, we must receive the notice of loss within one month from the date when you request the new card.
