What do I do if a booked car was not charged or refuelled?

Please call the tim service centre on 0732/3400-7733. The tim hotline is available 24/7. We will book you another car based on availability. You can also check the battery or fuel level at any time under “Garage” on the booking platform. If the car does not have enough fuel, please fill it up. You will of course be credited for the incurred cost the following month, after giving us the receipt.
